Marian’s passion for baking began as a child, inspired by her Sunday school teacher
who created and iced amazing cakes.
Marian trained at Waltham Forest College where she qualified in all aspects of catering.
She continued studying which resulted in a certificate for City and Guilds 121, Design
and Decoration of Flour Confectionary with 2 distinctions and a credit. Other professional
qualifications include RIPHH Diploma in Food Hygiene, City and Guilds Further and
Adult Teaching certificate 730/7 and Advanced Pastry 706/3.
